Avenzorix operates under the Argentine framework applicable to Collective Funding Platforms (Law No. 27,349 and regulations of the National Securities Commission, in particular Title VI of the 2013 Consolidated Text and its updates in force in 2026).

Participation in collectively funded real estate projects involves risks, including the total or partial loss of the contribution. Outcomes depend on the development of each work, real estate market conditions and macroeconomic factors.
