This document explains how Avenzorix S.R.L. ("Avenzorix", "we") processes personal data collected through avenzorix.com and its contact forms.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Avenzorix S.R.L., tax ID (CUIT) 30-71890234-5, with registered office at Av. Del Libertador 4550, Floor 8, C1425 CABA, Argentina. Processing is carried out under Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and complementary regulations in force in 2026, including guidelines from the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address and message. On a technical level, we may record aggregated browsing data (for example, device type, preferred language, pages visited) only when your cookie settings allow it.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data solely to reply to your enquiries, inform about active projects, assess interest in new initiatives and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on your prior and informed consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, on Avenzorix's legitimate interest to respond to your request and comply with applicable Argentine law.
5. Data retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to fulfil the stated purpose. As a general rule, contact data is retained for 36 months from the last interaction, unless a longer legal retention applies or you request its deletion.
6. Processors and transfers
We may use hosting, email and web measurement providers with standards equivalent to local ones. For international transfers we rely on the mechanisms set forth in Law No. 25,326 and AAIP guidelines.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and objection by writing to privacidad@avenzorix.com or to the registered office. The AAIP is the supervisory authority where you can file complaints.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory, technical or business changes. We will always publish the date of the last update and, where appropriate, communicate changes through visible channels on the site.
